NBC Sports will debut the first ever second-screen broadcast targeted specifically for sports bettors.
The new show, NBC Sports Edge BetCast, will broadcast live from the Waste Management Open exclusively on Peacock Premium, hosted by Golf Channel’s Steve Burkowski and George Savaricas. The production will run alongside the regular NBC Sports telecast on Golf Channel and broadcast from TPC Scottsdale’s famous 16th hole.
The show will follow featured groups similar to PGA Tour Live. However, the production will have a gambling emphasis with live odds and player props presented throughout the telecast. NBC Sports hopes the show proves to be a hole-in-one, revolutionizing the way golf fans and sports bettors watch the action.
